The Town of Sims is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online. Please make sure you have your account number available so that you can locate the correct account and setup your online access.

For credit card transactions, there will be a 3.25% fee with a $2.95 minimum. For all bank account transactions (ACH/EFT) there will be a $1.25 service fee. For automated phone transactions, there will be an additional IVR surcharge fee of $0.95.

*Bills are due by the 28th of each month. Accounts past as of the 15th of the next month will be disconnected and a $50.00 reconnection fee will be applied. The $50.00 fee plus total amount due on the account must be paid in full to have services restored. All accounts disconnected that did not have a deposit will be required to pay the now required deposit amount, which can be broken down into monthly payments if needed. Reconnection of services will occur within 24 hours of payment (during office hours) and may not be immediately restored.
